Class Description
Diversity is excited to announce our newest adult class: Ballet, Stretch, and Strength!
This class is perfect for adults looking to improve their overall fitness and flexibility through the beautiful and graceful art of ballet. In this class, students will focus on basic ballet technique, core strength, and muscle development through low-impact exercises.
Our experienced instructors will guide students through a series of exercises and movements designed to tone and lengthen the body. Whether you're a beginner or have some prior dance experience, this class is designed to challenge and inspire you to achieve your personal fitness goals.
In addition to ballet, this class will incorporate stretching, conditioning, and mat work to further enhance flexibility and core strength. Classes are easy to follow and held in a comfortable, non-competitive environment that encourages students to focus on their own progress and growth.
