Class Description
Diversity’s newest adult class! An adult class focused on ballet, stretch and strength. This class focuses on basic ballet technique, core strength and muscle development through low-impact exercise.
This class is designed to tone and lengthen the body through stretching, conditioning and mat-work. Classes are easy to follow and held in a comfortable, non-competitive environment.
Please bring a yoga mat to class!
