Adult Ballet

Class Description

Diversity offers Adult Ballet! Participants learn ballet technique, dance combos, barre and centre work, while improving posture and alignment. Ballet is a great form of exercise, building muscle tone, sculpting, stretching and is a great low impact workout. Dancers will improve grace, style and posture.

This class is a motivating and positive workout environment for all fitness levels.
