Ballet Barre

Class Description

Following this popular fitness movement, Diversity now offers Adult Ballet Barre! Muscle tone, sculpting, stretching, core conditioning and light cardio are the focus of this class. Participants learn ballet technique, dance combos, barre and centre work, while improving posture and alignment.

This class is a motivating and positive workout environment for all fitness levels.
